Where your order contains only Fireology Essentials stock items, we aim to have your delivery with you next working day if ordered before 2pm. If it contains special order items, we’ll wait for them to come into stock before shipping your order. We aim to have these items with you within 5 working days, however it’s often much faster. If you need a non-stock item urgently, please contact us before ordering. If there are any delays, we’ll be in touch with you directly.
Free Shipping
The free shipping for purchases over £150 currently applies to mainland England & Wales, excluding Devon, Cornwall & Central London postcodes. As our shipping costs increase, the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping increases also. Please see the list below for our current minimum order values to qualify.

Shipping Classes
Each product we sell has a different shipping class and as such we use different couriers for this. Thin, light items such as fire extinguisher signs will be shipped using Royal Mail Large Letter, Big & Bulky items such as stands get sent via a courier that can handle large items and extinguishers get sent via a courier that is licensed to handle pressurised goods.
As such, we get charged different prices for these. This will be calculated at the shopping cart stage when you enter your postcode. You will get charged for the most expensive class of item you have, not for all different classes combined. There may be much higher prices for remote or offshore deliveries.
Direct Deliveries
Some heavy or oversized items, such as ladders or safes will get shipped directly from our approved suppliers. Each item will be marked with an estimated lead time. If you require a more accurate date for one of these items, please contact us and we’ll liaise with our suppliers and get back to you.
Installation
Some products have installation options to purchase at the checkout stage. Where you select these options, we shall be in touch to book a date after you have successfully checked out. If you would like an indication of when it would be, please contact us before purchasing. Some items, such as our Burton Safes range of fire proof safes, will be installed directly by the manufacturer or their approved sub-contractors.
