What are 5 classes of fire ?

There are 5 classes of fire, this is excluding Electrical as it is seen as more of a fire starter than a type of fire. These classes are Class A (carbonaceous items), Class B (flammable liquids), Class C (flammable gases), Class D (flammable metals) and Class F (oils and fats).
